Interactive Elements has worked in all of the rail systems disciplines, including: track, communications and signals, and traction power. We have designed and inspected; we have prepared maintenance manuals; we have supplied design and inspection services for the installation of CBTC at the nation's largest transit system. For the nation's largest commuter railroad, we prepared a major assessment of the signal and grade-crossing functions and provided 32 recommendations, all but one of which was adopted. For that same railroad, we reviewed the as-built power distribution system to determine its ability to accommodate a larger, more powerful fleet. At another property, we investigated a substation fire at a brand-new rail extension. Our combination of engineering skill and operating know-how helps us to provide expert services in a form that our clients can understand and apply.
