Raleigh, NC Commuter Rail Project (FTA PMO)

Interactive Elements provided FTA Project Management Oversight for a proposed $800 million commuter rail new start in Raleigh, NC. Work included two independent risk assessments reviewing project cost, scope, and schedule; monthly site visits and reviews of design and engineering progress; monitoring of real estate plans and actions; and reporting to FTA Region IV. This was IEI's first prime contract for FTA PMO work; the firm was the first small business to be awarded a prime contract in this program.   [1115]
