Washington DC Metro Projects (FTA PMO)

As part of a TCS (formerly Day & Zimmerman) team, Interactive Elements provided PMO services during WMATA's procurement of 192 new heavy rail rapid transit cars from CAF and the overhaul of 360 Breda cars by Alstom. In addition, IEI assisted in overseeing the development of specifications for a further procurement of cars from Alstom. For WMATA's ongoing Infrastructure Renewal Program and System Expansion Program, IEI has also been reviewing the operations and maintenance plans, system safety program plans, and safety certifications; as well as monitoring system start-up activities.   [793]
