Installation of New Sanitary and Storm Sewers
Interactive Elements' responsibilities included the creation and operation of a public outreach and community liaison program to facilitate construction in an active residential neighborhood. The program was designed to meet the formal elements of the NYC Department of Design and Construction's public outreach protocols, including rapid response to inquiries and complaints, close liaison with the project management team, and frequent interaction with community groups, local businesses, utilities, and other interested or affected parties.
