LaGuardia Airport Subway Access Study
This study examined alternatives for providing rail access to New York's LaGuardia Airport. The study was sponsored by a cooperative partnership of the Governor, the Mayor, the Queens Borough President, New York's MTA, and the Port Authority of NY & NJ (the owner of the airport). Interactive Elements, as a subconsultant to a Harris-PTG-URS (now AECOM and PTG) tri-venture, provided rail operations evaluation of the alternatives and the public affairs/community outreach program.
