Los Angeles MTA Rail Extensions (FTA PMO)

Interactive Elements, as a subcontractor to Hill International in the FTA Project Management Oversight (PMO) program, assisted in monitoring the development and implementation of the LA Metro's Red Line Hollywood Extension and Eastside Light Rail Extension. Responsibilities included reviewing design activities that affect operations, maintenance, fire/life safety, and security, and evaluating plans for systems integration testing and system start-up, involving extensive review of system elements, operational plans, and bus and rail fleet management plans. IEI also provided project management oversight from Preliminary Engineering through Final Design, Construction, Testing and Start-up.   [329]
