Salt Lake City Light Rail (FTA PMO)

Interactive Elements, as a subcontractor to ICF Kaiser (now part of AECOM), provided FTA program management oversight (PMO) for the development and implementation of the Utah Transit Authority's Salt Lake City Light Rail Transit Project. The firm evaluated the configuration and design of rail equipment maintenance facilities, and reviewed operating rules and procedures, system safety plans, and system start-up plans. The security program was also evaluated. Interactive Elements continued on the Salt Lake City Light Rail project for the next five-year FTA PMO contract as a subcontractor to Hill International. Our oversight covered efforts from design through commencement of revenue service.  [270]
