Monitoring of Gary Public Transportation Corporation

As part of a Jacobs team, IEI is led the effort to provide grants management expertise to correct issues at a major bus transit agency. The work included analysis and documentation of deficiencies, development of a mitigation plan, and monitoring the agency's implementation of that plan. As a result of the work, the agency has been restored to good standing.   [1434]
