Interactive Elements reviewed Dallas Area Rapid Transit's (DART) Safety and Security Management Plan (SSMP) to assure conformance to FTA requirements. IEI also assessed the extent to which the plan is implemented in specifications, contracts, and practices of the agency and its contractors and consultants.
