Maryland ARRA Grants Oversight (FTA PMO)

The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) operates multiple transit modes, including bus service, METRO subway, LRT, MARC commuter rail, commuter buses, and paratransit service. MTA received approximately $150 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds for projects requiring oversight, including monitoring, status updates, schedule and funding review, and monthly reporting. IEI provided oversight for projects with a total value of ~$37 million, including station improvements, heavy rail car overhauls, tunnel repair, and 145 small projects in MTA's Locally Operated Transit Systems (LOTS) Program.   [1650]
