Heavy Equipment Repair and Overhaul Study

Interactive Elements, as part of an STV-led team, developed characteristics for maintenance programs for locomotives, diesel-hauled coaches, and EMUs for the next 25 years. These were based on manufacturers' recommendations, team expertise, and industry best practices. The team also developed labor estimates for overhauls at various stages of the life of the car equipment.   [829]
