New Haven Line Drainage Improvements

Interactive Elements, as a subcontractor to F.R. Harris (now AECOM), supported work to design repairs to stone retaining walls and other drainage improvements on Metro-North's New Haven Line in Westchester County. The firm developed and monitored the project safety plan and provided wayside safety training for members of the design team. Interactive Elements was also responsible for rail operations coordination; development of track outage and construction staging plans that minimized project impact of rail operations; and force account coordination.  [433]
