Schuylkill Mainline Rehabilitation Construction Management

For the successful rehabilitation of six railroad bridges on SEPTA's Main Line between 30th Street Station and Suburban Station, IEI provided rail operations coordination, planning for track and power outages, force account coordination, and construction staging. A primary objective of these responsibilities was to minimize the impact of the project on daily transit operations in an especially busy corridor (500 trains per day). In this work, IEI was a subcontractor to Urban Engineers.  [431]
