Shell Flyover Design

As part of the Edwards and Kelcey (now Jacobs) team designing a grade-separated flyover to replace the existing junction at New Rochelle (where Amtrak's Hell Gate Line joins Metro-North's New Haven Line), Interactive Elements developed, administered, and executed programs in safety training (in accordance with FRA Roadway Work Protection requirements), community outreach, and construction staging. The firm also served as the ongoing liaison with Metro-North and Amtrak operating and planning departments. Interactive Elements participated in a successor project examining an at-grade alternative.  [389]
