As part of an SAIC-Parsons Brinckerhof team, Interactive Elements provided analyses of major tunnel incidents, including case studies of worldwide extreme events occurring in rail and road tunnels and associated underground infrastructure. We conducted interviews of key agency staff, prepared reports, and assembled a complete annotated bibliography.
