Corporation, managing a six billion dollar capital construction
portfolio
- Managed the firm' s efforts during design of NYCT' s
Canarsie Line Communications Based Train Control with direct responsibility
for signal standards and operational and wayside interface issues
- Seconded to SEPTA on a part-time basis to serve as Chief Line Maintenance
Officer responsible for reorganization of Subway/Elevated Line Maintenance
Department covering signals, power, track, electrical, stations,
buildings, and structures
- Has directed the firm's FTA PMO efforts at agencies across
the nation, including in Los Angeles; Salt Lake City; Minneapolis;
Washington, DC; and Seattle
